    Are you a sales person looking for unlimited earning potential with a flexible schedule? Are you a motivated self-starter with tenacity and a creative approach? As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging staff, residents, owners and driving sales of FIOS products (Fiber Optic TV, Phone and Internet) for a leading telecom provider. You will be assigned to a territory consisting of residential multi-dwelling units and/or condo properties. Let your creativity soar and implement a strategy to obtain leads, build relationships and increase penetration.



    • Forming strategies and tactics within assigned territory to promote Telecom products and services via grassroots marketing
    • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with property managers/owners, event contacts, team members and internal staff.
    • Meeting weekly and monthly sales goals/quotas
    • Scheduling marketing events and negotiating additional marketing tactics
    • Establishing clear communication between clients and prospects.
    • Administrative duties including recaps, finance management and customer follow up
    • Meet scheduling needs and expectations
    • Communicate and work with management to assist the sales teams to achieve sales goals


    Skills Needed:

    • Consultative sales skills and knowledge of selling techniques (e.g., prospecting and assessment of sales opportunities; overcoming objections; closing sales) to influence consumer purchasing decisions
    • Professional telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
    • Data entry skills
    • Accountability and commitment to quality 

    • Attention to detail and ability to operate within a fast-paced work environment 

    • Mathematical skill to calculate amounts such as discounts, offers, promotions 

    • Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
    • Ability to work independently and set appointments 


    • High School diploma/GED, and sales aptitude/skills required.
      • Associate’s degree or higher and 1-3 years general sales/telemarketing or customer service experience w/upselling preferred.
    • Ideal candidates will possess prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, MDU, outside sales, business-to-business, retail or telecom.
    • Possess a strong work ethic, requires little supervision
    • Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills are imperative
    • Reliable form of transportation – Travel is required
    • Bilingual is a plus
    • Full time availability – Retail Hours
    • Ability to lift 50lbs
